Mary Frances Salazar

Mary Frances Salazar, 52, of El Paso, Texas passed away unexpectedly at her home on December 20, 2018. Mary Frances was born to the home of Abel and Josie (Salazar) Lucero on December 17, 1966 in Santa Rosa, NM.  After high school, she worked in the hospitality industry. Mary Frances is preceded in death by her parents; grandparents; Juan and Estefanita Lucero and Perciliano and Julia Salazar, brother; Miguel Sena, aunts; Antonia Lucero, Rosa Salazar, Linda Garcia and Connie Lucero and uncles; Thomas Lucero and Joe Salazar. She is survived by her daughter; Angel Lee Salazar Lucero, grandson; Xavier Lucero, sisters; Darlene and husband Albert Gutierrez and their family; Alberta, Adrian and Solomon Solis and Melissa Gutierrez and Cindy Sena and her family; Alonna Lea, Trevor Lea, Kristen Lea and family.  Also surviving are her aunts and uncles; Lucy Salazar and family, Joe (Yogi) Garcia and Becky Apodaca and family—a special thanks to Yogi and Becky for always being there, Fritz and Lucille Lucero and family, Cristian Lucero and family, Ernest Lucero and family, Irene and Monty Anderson and family and Arthur Lucero and family. Recitation of the Most Holy Rosary is scheduled for Friday, December 28, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. at Saint Rosa of Lima Catholic Church, immediately followed by the Mass of Christian Burial, with Father Christopher Bernabe officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, December 27, 2018 from 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. at Chavez Funeral Home in Santa Rosa. All services have been entrusted to Chavez Funeral Home, 923 S.
