Barbara A. Serrano

Barbara A. Serrano, a cherished daughter of Santa Rosa, New Mexico, was born on February 1, 1964. Her life, full of purpose and grace, came to a peaceful close on March 31, 2026, within the familiar embrace of her home in Santa Rosa, where she was surrounded by the warm presence of her beloved family.

A Rosary and Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 10 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Santa Rosa, NM. Following the services, she will be laid to rest at St. Joseph Cemetery in Santa Rosa with her son Sam. 

Barbara A. Serrano’s departure has left an indelible imprint upon the hearts of those who knew her, and these gatherings provide a space for remembrance, solace, and the shared celebration of a noble and venerable life. Her passing in the comfort of her own home, alongside her family, speaks to the profound bonds of love and devotion that defined her existence.
