Jesse L. Jones

Jesse L. Jones, 76, of Tucumcari, NM passed away on November 3, 2021. Jesse was born on April 15, 1945 in Logan, NM to Walter and Marie Jones. Jesse was a longtime resident of Tucumcari, where he was a beloved husband, loving father and grandfather, and a friend to many. In his spare time, Jesse enjoyed hunting and fishing. Jesse is preceded in death by his parents, his wife: Laurie Ann Jones in 2017, his son: Charles Jones, his brothers: Sonny Jones and wife: Marie, Bennie Ray Jones and Tommy C. Jones, and his nephew: Ricky Dean Jones. Jesse is survived by his children: John Halsell and wife: Lela Ross, Jesse Leann Walker, Bruce Jones and wife: Stephanie, Crystal Jones and Robert Jones, his grandchildren: John Anthony Halsell, Jesse Lee Halsell, Jesse Lee Jones, Kamdyn Moore, Nicholas Martinez, Angelique French, Braxton French, Dillon Jones, Richard Martinez, Antonio (Toyo) Martinez and wife: Kristina and Alexandria Koch and husband: Jeared, his great-grandchildren: Gabriel Martinez, Elena Gutierrez, Juan Martinez, Anjelika Martinez, Alejandro Martinez Annalise Koch, Zoey Koch and Katrina Koch, his brothers: Billy Jones and Bobby Jones and wife: Billy, and his sisters Elizabeth Stewart and Lynn Russell and husband: Ronnie, as well as many nephews, nieces, family, relatives and friends. Graveside services will be on Sunday, November 7, 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Jones Family Cemetery, Jones Family Farm, 6404 Quay Road AL, Tucumcari, New Mexico, his family will Officiate. Pallbearers will include: Bruce Jones, Antonio Martinez, Richard Martinez, Anthony Mirabal, Ange French and John Halsell, with Braxton French serving as an Honorary Pallbearer.
