Kay Rogers, 82, of Clovis, NM passed away Thursday, July 31, 2025 at Plains Regional Medical Center in Clovis, NM. She was born October 5, 1942 in Vernon, TX to the home of Arthur and Izyal (McElroy) Stout.
Kay grew up in Vernon, TX and Davidson, Oklahoma. She graduated from Fredrick Oklahoma High School. Kay married Otho Rogers on May 21, 1960 in Fredrick, Oklahoma. She was a preacher's wife and they made their home in the communities Otho served.
Otho and Kay made their home in Grove, Oklahoma for 10 years. Kay made her home in Clovis in January 2025. Kay enjoyed sewing, canning, and cooking. She was a member of 21st Street Church of Christ in Clovis, NM.
Kay is preceded in death by her parents, husband Otho Rogers on May 21, 2019, and a son Bradley Rogers on June 6, 1994.
Survivors include a daughter Shannon Rogers of Clovis, NM, a son Reed Rogers of Disney, Oklahoma, two grandchildren Hannah Rogers of Clovis, and Cole Rogers of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, also surviving are four great-grandchildren Sophia Blair of Clovis, Harper Rogers of Tulsa, OK, Madilyn Martin of Clovis, and Nolan Martin of Clovis, NM.
