Ryan Miguel Garcia

Ryan Miguel Terry Garcia, 10, currently of Belen, NM, passed away at Shriner’s Children’s Hospital Burn Unit in Galveston, Texas, on Tuesday, September 10, 2019. Ryan was born on November 20, 2008 to Tiffany Bruhn in Clovis, NM. Ryan was raised in Tucumcari, and was a member of the First Spanish Baptist Church. In August of 2017 he moved to Belen, where currently he was a 5th grader enrolled at Central Elementary School.  Ryan was a fun loving individual who was outspoken and enjoyed making people laugh.  He liked playing video games, soccer and basketball. Ryan is preceded in death by his great-grandmothers; Debra Booth and Marina Valverde. Ryan is survived by his mother; Tiffany Bruhn and step-father; Michael Silva of Belen, paternal grandparents; Amy Rivas (Roberto) of Tucumcari, paternal grandfather; Ronald Bruhn (Kathy Martinez) of Clovis, paternal great-grandmother; RosaLee Bruhn of Tucumcari, aunts; Brittney Bruhn (Chuy Caravajal) of Clovis and Deserea Ann Rodriguez of Tucumcari and uncle; Donald Bruhn and his children.  He is also survived by his cousins; Adrian, Aiden and Alexander Caravajal of Clovis. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Krista and Andrew Francis and Kendra Smith.  Also a  thank you to special great-uncle and aunt; David and Marina Francis of Tucumcari. Services will be Friday, September 20, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. at the First Spanish Baptist Church in Tucumcari, NM.  Interment will follow at Tucumcari Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be; Ronald Bruhn, Donald Bruhn, David Francis, Andrew Francis, Steven Newman and Samuel Parra.  Honorary Pallbearers are; Elias Parra, Julian Mondragon, Josiah Mondragon, Daniel Parra and Ruben Lopez.
